Please help disabled woman out of Abusive House

Hello there, some of you might know me as Maggie. I'm a disabled 19-year-old college student that has been experiencing severe emotional abuse for as long as I can remember. My mother has never been a stable person, she had my brother and I at 17 and constantly enters abusive relationships while drinking and getting high off drugs. I have flip-flopped between her care and my grandparents care from ages 11-15. 

She has attempted to kick us out for no reason, emancipate me when I was 16 because I wasn't living with her, take away our health insurance, alienate me from my friends and partner, leave medical bills unpaid, guilt trip me into giving her money, remove me from therapy, etc. This has left me traumatized, I have since developed depression, anxiety, and possibly BPD/autism. (awaiting a formal diagnosis, I will update once results come back) This makes it very hard to find a job that can handle a flexible schedule, especially with the current issues right now.
I am currently seeing a therapist and psychiatrist for my issues but I'm not sure how long that will last. 

I would like to move out because it will make it much easier for me to become independent from my mother and finally cut her out of my life as I still rely on her for certain services, not to mention help my mental issues. After I complete this semester I would like to work on moving out!
I will be using this money to move in with my boyfriend of over 2 years. He lives overseas so I will be getting a plane ticket, luggage, residence permit, working permit, studying permit, and eventually my citizenship.

I don't want to be afraid of living anymore, even a penny will help!
