Please help Dee look after Nathan

Dee has been my friend since we were 5, she is sitting next to me in this photo. Her son Nathan has undergone life threatening surgery for a brain tumour and will need a lot of support to recover. Dee has raised her two boys alone and has had to take unpaid time off work to look after her son. I want to help her have one less thing to worry about at the moment.
