Please help Darren to fulfill his last wish

Darren and Lauren met in Royal Brompton hospital as they were both born with cystic fibrosis.
Darren was offered a lung transplant a few years ago and decided that his future looked brighter that he would propose to Lauren.
Life was perfect for the pair of them and Darren supported Lauren on her many visits to hospital to help her with her ongoing treatment with cystic fibrosis.
They bought a dog called Princess who is their world and baby as they knew they could never have one of their own.
Darrens health started to deteriorate a month ago.
He was admitted to Harefield Hospital for tests.
Last week he was given the devastating news that his body is rejecting the new lungs as there was an infection that they are unable to treat and gave him a maximum of 6 months to live.
Darren is beside himself as at the age of 23 you don’t ever envisage planning your own funeral.
One thing he would really like to plan is to make Lauren his best friend and soul mate his wife.
As you can imagine time is not on his side and he cannot work to raise money to plan a wedding so that’s where we come in.
All I ask is for a donation to this heartbreaking but beautiful cause.
Christmas is just a few weeks away and I understand things may be tight but any donation no matter how small can bring us closer to giving this beautiful couple a dream come true.
