Please Help Curly!

Please help!
This is Curly and he was attacked on 1-24-18 at the dog park. He is ten years old and my baby. His jaw is broken in three places and his teeth/nerves are hanging off his broken jaw. At 11am (MST) 1-25-18 he goes to the oral surgeon to find out the best surgery and course of action for my kid! As of right now, I do not have an exact cost. They fear putting him under for being 10 but he's not done fighting just yet. Please, help with what you can. This world is a tough place ❤

Update- After visiting the surgeon they sent me home with an invoice for his surgery he needs as soon as possible. His mandible is broken in three pieces. His front lower teeth and left canine incisor has been disconnected from his jaw and those nerves and teeth are dead. He's on pain meds and anitobiotcs for now to help avoid infection and ease his poor pain.
