Please help change Alysons life, she needs teeth.

Imagine if every meal you had to eat was like trying to eat broken glass, every mealtime was filled with fear, every mouthful of food filled with despair and misery.
Think about what it would be like to no longer able to eat anything you liked but only being able to eat pureed mushy food.
That's what life is like for Alyson (my wife), due to several conditions she had to have ALL her upper teeth extracted 3 years ago, she is a hemophiliac, and has a calcium absorption issue as well as being severely lactose intolerant which has left her with weak bones and also very weak teeth. So over time most of her upper teeth had snapped despite her best efforts to care for them, and the recommendation was to have them all removed as she would only end up going back in the future.
Now you would think at this point she would get a denture and all would be fine (ish), but it turns out that when her teeth were removed, it was done so poorly, that it damaged her gum-line and now it's too shallow to support a denture (we've tried several at many £,000's of pounds cost), so she needs a full upper bridge implant.
Due to the wonderful way the NHS is run, they say she is unsuitable as a candidate and have refused to help. We have approached several private dentists, who while able to do the work, are not willing due to her hemophilia.
We have found 1 private dentist in Manchester who is willing to help, and has even offered his time for free, but we still need to find about £8,000 for the implants and another £2,000 for an anesthetist.
As you can imagine these past years have been hell for Alyson, and as it stands she is looking at a future of misery and only being able to eat baby food.
We have so far managed to save about £1,000 towards this, and we are ineligible for finance.
As you can see from the photo, she has to use the roof of her moth as a 'tooth', which results in it being sore, cut, infected, ulcerated, etc, which only adds to her misery.
And finally, just to compound her problems, her upper jaw bone joint is now weakening due to it being in the wrong place due to her lack of teeth and this is causing her extreme pain and it is almost the last straw.
I beg you to help. I cannot stress enough how urgent and important this surgery is as I don't know how much longer she can carry on like this.
