Please help Autum beat MS with HSCT

Autum Flowers is the daughter of Stephanie and David Little. Autum has 2 siblings, 2 nieces that she loves dearly and grandparents. Autum was diagnosed with a rare form of Multiple Sclerosis called Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis on January 10th of 2018 at the age of 21. PPMS is a chronic disabling disease of the central nervous system that disrupts the flow of information within the brain and between the brain and body. Autum was born with fluids on the brain. Her whole life has been a struggle physically and mentally. Through all the struggles she has faced she has never given up. Within the last 6 months Autum's health has declined at a rapid pace. With a lot of determination I finally got the MRI she so dearly needed. I knew prior with the symptoms Autum was having she had MS. With losing my sister at the age of 26 and seeing the same symptoms I knew what to look for. So on January 10th we received the news I so dreaded to hear that it was confirmed she had Primary Progressive MS. For the last 6 months Autum has taken numerous falls resulting in gashing her head open, breaking her back. Everyday simple tasks is a struggle for Autum. Over half her brain is covered with lesions . I started researching to see what treatments were available. I come across Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant (HSCT). Autum is scheduled to have this treatment in October due to it's fast acting nature. In addition to halting MS Progression, some patients experience a reversal of symptoms. This treatment uses high doses of Chemotherapy to wipe out the Immune system, and then patients own bone marrow stem cells are transplanted back in the body to help rebuild the Immune system with no memory of MS. Without HSCT I am afraid my daughter will have the same fate as my sister.  I am a mother desperately fighting for my daughters life. Autum must travel abroad to receive HSCT and insurance will not cover the cost of HSCT and the follow up care.
