Help & Support Nakary Fight Stage 4 Breast Cancer

This page has been created with a heartfelt request for our dear friend and loved one, Nakary (38 years old). For those of you who know her, you would know that she is kind, loving, compassionate and always there to lend a helping hand. She is the loving mother to our two beautiful children Mateo (13 years old) and Mariana (8 years old). In October 2019, Nakary was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. In the weeks that followed, she underwent many tests that later confirmed the devastating news that it had metastasized and spread to her bones and spine. At that point she was notified that it was stage 4 and that surgery and chemotherapy were no longer an option. Through all this, Nakary has kept a positive mindset and attitude. She started a Clinical Trial that includes radiation therapy and has seen some progress with slowing the spread of the cancer. I created this campaign to ask for your help in supporting Nakary raise the funds needed to help pay for her expenses not covered by the government (medications, over the counter medicines, alternative therapies, monthly expenses, meal preparation, etc). I am the sole financial provider for my family and an entrepreneur, therefore, do not have any medical benefits and must continue working as much as possible to cover any expanses not covered by OHIP.
