Please help a teen with expenses his mother passed

This is Billy.  He just lost his mother.  He is 18 years old ,being the only child. He needs help. His mother did not have life insurance he is working 3 jobs and trying to finish his senior year of high school. He has no help no siblings.  He is my son's very close friend.
