Once again, he must search for an empty chapel or church to convert into a Centre for Mass, the Sacraments, Catechism, and a Convent/Seminary. He has full support of his bishop, Monseigneur Luis Madrigal, and the faithful. However, financially, that is not enough, and he would be more than happy with any bit of financial support you might offer.
