Please help a little kitty with a big problem

Hi everyone! The beautiful kitty you see in the picture is my littlest love Arwen and she was just diagnosed with large cell lymphoma.
To give a little backstory, Arwen is a seven year old, sweet baby girl that we found when she was just an itty bitty at around five weeks old. She snuck her little self into our hearts and our home with her big eyes and sneaky ways. She has been my baby girl since she first snuggled up to my stuffed bunny when she was only a little thing. We've taken care of and loved her for the last seven years, but we've now hit a snag. After a few weeks of back and forth between the vets (and a car accident on the way to the emergency vet at one point), we finally got a diagnosis of Renal Lymphoma that is in her kidneys and her lymph nodes.
While there is no guarantee of remission, we are aiming to at least keep her as healthy as we can for as long as we can with remission as the ultimate goal. She will be going through weekly chemo treatments for the next 26 weeks - the total treatment for all of this will be a ballpark amount of around $250-300 a week - becoming a rough total by the end of around $5,000-5,500. While we have a plan in place to try and take care of these funds, any help towards the amount will help dramatically.
Anything helps - any shares, any donations, anything that can get the word out so we can try to make things financially a little easier so we can take care of her the best we can for however long we have her.
In the chance we don't need as much as we receive, we plan on donating the rest to the Animal Cancer Foundation (https://acfoundation.org/author/acfoundation/) in hopes that someday other people may not have to go through what we are!
