Please Help A Kind Person In Need

Hello everyone! Thanks for clicking on this campaign! We are trying to raise money to help Joe out. Joe is one of the kindest people you will ever meet. He'll do anything for anyone, whether he knows you or not. He has been in a few not so good situations because he wanted to help. He's also sacrificed his time, comfort, money (what little he had), skills, knowledge and anything else necessary to make someone else's day better. Whether it's spending half a day, half a tank of gas, and buying lunch for someone while also trying to get them a tire and replace it himself, or just giving $20 to a friend who needs gas when he himself is low on gas and funds, Joe will stop at nothing to leave a giant, positive footprint in this world. Joe had to grow up on his own, for the most part. After spending 6 years being assaulted by 4 different guys, from the age of 12 and into his adulthood, Joe managed to find work on and off throughout his life. Because of his bipolar, many of his employers cut him some slack, gave him chances he so deserved and hasn't ever gotten before. His bipolar has been medicated intermittently throughout his life. Partly because he can't afford it and has no insurance and partly because when he's doing well, he doesn't take them because in his mind, he doesn't need them. He has found a couple free clinics over the years, but only one can help him with meds now. Fortunately, one is all he needs! Joe's car is on its last leg. If we can raise enough money to buy him a decent beater, I know it would mean the world to him. Two more things I'd like to mention. I'm running this campaign on Joe's behalf. When I spoke to him about it, he said he wouldn't feel right asking people for money. I told him I would run the campaign and he reluctantly agreed. Finally, this man is trustworthy. When a mutual friend in the Philippines had a bunch of unexpected vet bills and related medical issues with their cats, they started a GoFundMe to help raise money to pay for it all. They asked Joe if he knew how GoFundMe works. He did not, but looked into it and discovered that the Philippines is not a country supported by GoFundMe. Everyone who donated received a refund, but vet bills were still piling up, so Joe decided to start a new campaign in the USA. The new link was provided to those who gave before, as well as posted and shared all over YouTube. He even got permission to add the link to every new video on a larger channel for a couple weeks. Joe kept his commitment to our friends. He didn't allow a bunch of money (to him, at least) to get to his head. He did what was right. He withdrew the money and sent it through Western Union to our friends in the Philippines. I'm happy to say the cats are all doing well now. But let's try to help Joe get a new used car, shall we? If the shoes were on the other feet, he would do the same for you. Thank you so much for taking the time to read all this. Thank you so much for donating to help our friend Joe.....
