Please help 1 year old Victoria to fight disease

A Very good friend of mine, who is living in Ukraine, desperate for help. Her daughter is very ill. Victoria who is a 1-year old girl is suffering from a very rare condition (Spinal muscular atrophy SMA), which needs urgent medical attention.
Victoria’s treatment will cost 2 000 000 US dollars. Family desperate for help.
