Meals on Wheels for Helena-West Helena Dogs is in desperate need of donations to care for homeless dogs and dogs in boarding. Many dogs have medical issues when rescued that also need to be paid for. Maddox and Jersey both need surgery for fractured and broke legs. Both surgeries are around $500. Kappa has heart worms that needs to be treated and so does Maddox. This is $500 a piece. We have three dogs (Georgia, Maddox, and Kappa) and three puppies (Waylon, Emmal Lou and June Carter) in boarding right now that is not free.  Each kennel is $20 per day. I personally have nine dogs at my house. Tyson is in kidney failure.  All dogs also need to be vaccinated, spayed and nuetered. 

There are many dogs still on the streets that need rescusing. Our current vet bill is over $9000. I need to get this bill paid down in order to continue helping dogs. So far this year I have rescued 38 dogs off the streets of this community in Eastern Arkansas. We have no animal control here. Our city does not help. Our local shelter has over 200 dogs. 

All the money raised in this fundraiser will go straight to our $9000 plus vet bill. This is a 501c3 organization. All donations are tax deductible.
