Titan is a rescue kitty. We found him when he was just a baby. About 6 months later, he started having seizures. The seizures became manageable with medication and love. Three years ago, he was hospitalized for a urinary blockage and has had them almost every year. The vet recommended surgery to correct his condition, but it will be very expensive, $8000.00.
