Kilos Recovery

Our baby Kilo is 4 month old Great Pyrenees puppy, he has an innocent forgiving heart. Yesterday evening it was so heartbreaking to have witnessed him get attacked and injured to such a degree that a surgical specialist had to take on his case. We had taken our Kilo on his usual walk for the evening and we decided to take him somewhere new for him to explore. It all happened so fast as the Pitbull and Kilo crossed paths and our baby was attacked. We rushed Kilo to the Animal Hospital where they took him back for x-rays, IV, etc. Kilo has trauma to the skull, broken cheek bone and his right eye is pushed so far back we are praying it can be saved. The owner of the other dog has agreed to pay for his stay at the Rehabilitation Center in Fayetteville Kilo is currently staying overnight or until further notice.  We did have to pay $630 out of our pocket last night at the ER in Springdale. Therefore, the medical expenses are going to be too much for us to handle along with future meds, surgery, gas, and anything else that requires to be done in order for Kilo to try and be the same loving pup. It's going to take time for him to heal and recover. Our big baby Kilo is a member of our family and he has won our hearts since the first day we brought him home!We ask for any sort of help towards the cost to help us insure Kilo gets all the help he deserves.
