Help for rick speirs

My father in law , Rick  Speirs was in a terrible car accident on November 26th. Rick has to undergo back surgery and has a fractured hip and ribs . The doctors were able to stop the bleeding in his brain. 
rick has a very long road to recovery and is going to need a lot of support from family, friends and medical equipment .
a little back story about Rick, he is the most  kind hearted and caring man , he would do anything for anyone even if he didn’t know you. Rick always puts his family before himself ( especially his grandchildren, who mean the world to him).

I’m asking for help during this difficult time for our family. Anything helps and would be beyond appreciated. Thank you
