San Diego's First Burlesque Dance Studio

Hello, my name is Cori Miller (aka Coco L'Amour) and I'm the director of the San Diego based dance troupe, Pixie Stixx Burlesque.

I  am also an experienced choreographer and teacher and have been teaching dance for over 15 years. I currently teach burlesque dance classes for women who want to get fit, feel sexy, and build confidence. I pride myself on offering a welcoming and exciting environment for my students to explore the world of burlesque dance.

I've started this campaign because it is my dream to open and run my own burlesque dance studio in San Diego. I want to be able to offer more private, semi-private, and group classes. We would offer burlesque, burlesque-related dance classes, and fitness classes for women of all experience levels. I would also love to open it up to Pixie Stixx and other burlesque dance troupes to use for rehearsals and showcases, as a way to encourage and better our whole community.

I am asking for help in the amount of $3000 to go towards rent, set up, and marketing of the studio.
