Pito's Memorial Fund
As many of you know we lost a brother, a father, a son, a friend, a tio, and a loved one; Humberto, who is known to many as Berto, Birdie, or Pito... or daddy, to three beautiful girls. For those that don't know him, just understand we lost a piece of our hearts on June 24th, Saturday Morning. I'm his little sister, the one writing this, with an ache so painful there's moments I feel like I can't breathe and moments where all i feel is numb... I wake up in the morning hoping, praying, pleading that this is just a horrible nightmare... It is a nightmare, but a very real one... if I'm feeling this, I can't imagine how our father feels... I created this GoFundMe page to ease the stress that my father will have to bare the next few days, weeks, months... Obviously money will never take away this pain that all of us are feeling, nothing will EVER take away this ache, it will always be apart of us, BUT all I want for my family is to be able to grieve.... to grieve and only grieve without the stress of all that comes with planning and paying for what comes after a loved one leaves us... He left behind 3 daughters- Alina, Audrina, & Ana, nieces and nephews who absolutly ADORED him- Julian, Jayden, Jazmin, a mother and father- Myriam Santiago & Humberto Colon Sr who lost his oldest son, a fathers first born, 5 brothers and one sister- Johnny, Dominic, Luicito, Bebe, Pirulo, Griceli, a girlfriend- Tisha, many maaannny friends, and a huge family that loves him...
