Please consider helping Pitch, Please! raise money so that we can record our FIRST studio album and ICCA set music video! Established in Winter 2017, we have just reached our 2-year anniversary a couple months ago and we are excited to share our music that we have been working very hard on this past year!
Pitch, Please! is the newest a cappella group at UCLA. Our music varies widely; we sing indie ballads, as well as fun Beyonce and Little Mix arrangements. Our future interests as a group include recording music, competing (see our 2019 ICCA competition on YouTube!) and general group adventures (such as jamming together and retreats to Big Bear).

Pitch, Please! (PP) has been a strong support system for our members. In many ways, when finding our way around such a huge community like UCLA, PP can really feel like a place where we can be comfortable and feel at home. Not only do we rehearse 2-3 days a week and perform regularly together, we also go on quarterly retreats (i.e. Big Bear), UNFORGETTABLE karaoke nights, movie theater runs and late night Korean BBQ adventures. Our shared passion for music has brought us together to form connections that will last the rest of our lives and we are very thankful for your consideration in helping us achieve our wildest aca-dreams together!

What exactly will the funds be used for?
Recording an album and music video takes a lot of time. After the endless hours in the arrangement process and learning/perfecting a song, it takes many hours to go through the process of transforming that music into a professionally recorded track. In addition to editing/filming our video, the recording stages for each track includes recording, editing, mixing and mastering. Some of these recording stages run as high as $300-400 per step per song.
After the success of our first single, “My Heart With You”, we are aiming for our full album to have at least 7 tracks. We have our first recording session for our 3 ICCA songs starting Sunday, March 31st and we hope to finish our last recording session for the remaining songs by the end of May. With your help, we can complete the full album and share our passion of singing with you and our community!
Who is making this come to life?
We are excited to share that some amazingly talented individuals will be working to produce our album with us. We have made it a priority to have great producers working on our album so that we can produce the best music possible. Here’s a list of producers that are working on our album:
