Rear Deck Stair Rails - $45 (Need (2) post holding concrete pads, (8) 2x4x8’ and several 6-8” screws to finish stair rails / interior bottom rail

Ceiling Suspension System - $2,736 ($1.90 sf estimate)

Ceiling Tiles - $0 (Donated maybe thru McCoys – we install)

Lighting - $0 (Donated light fixtures by Clint – we install)

Exhaust Fans - $20 (Both work but will need new duct)

HVAC Repair - $500 (Rough estimate - Robert meeting w/ Jeff from JAM today to find out)

Floor & Shower Tile Installation - $250 (Derrick is working on estimate - tile donated by Clint & Ed)

1x4 Tongue & Grove Flooring - $0 (Mike Cook plans to donate material and install, stain & seal)

Stain front Deck - $20 (Clint donated stain – will need pads/rags to apply)

Stain Rear Deck - $20 (Ed donated stain - will need pads/rags to apply)

Interior Paint - $30 (Expect donated paint, but will need brushes/rollers)

Exterior Paint - $30 (Expect donated paint and already have missing trim boards need installed, but will need brushes/rollers)

Toilet - $125 (right bath toilet lid missing - Lowes)

Appliances - $2,984.30 ($3047 @ Lowes)
