<div>Our favorite fall tradition is back! Cushman &amp; Wakefield | PICOR invites you to pour on the generosity and pile your plate high as we rally our community for at-risk youth programs across Tucson.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Since 1994, your kindness has helped us raise more than <strong>$1.66 million </strong>for local nonprofits that give young people the tools, mentorship, and safe spaces they deserve. This year we’re reaching higher than ever with a <strong><em>$200,000 goal,</em></strong> and every donation will be doubled thanks to the ongoing dollar-for-dollar matching program from the Burton Family Foundation. Because C&amp;W | PICOR covers all event costs, 100% of every contribution goes straight to the kids who need it most.

<div>Enjoy fresh-off-the-griddle pancakes and sausages with Starbucks, live music from Tucson’s Girls Chorus, and a student mariachi band.*
</div>

</div>
<div>Your impact doesn’t have to wait in line for pancakes, donate online and help us keep this 31-year legacy thriving. For details about the <a href="https://www.picor.com/our-foundation/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">PICOR Charitable Foundation visit our website</a>.

</div>
<div>We can’t wait to celebrate a morning of good food, great company, and life-changing generosity with you!

<div>2024 Ken Nickel Stem Grant
</div>
<div>Since 2013, the Foundation has awarded one STEM-focused grant in honor of Ken Nickel (1924-2013), which is matched by our own corporate donation. Ken was C&amp;W | PICOR’s founding office manager, a Kiwanian, and the hardest-working pancake breakfast volunteer in its early years. Last year, the Pancake Breakfast Committee decided to award not one, but two non-profits the Ken Nickel STEM Grant:
