Physical therapy for USA track team

Once upon a time there was a physical therapist who wanted to help everybody live long and move well. He had a problem. Many people in his family died young with heart disease, diabetes, arthritis and obesity.  He sought out groups that could help him solve this problem. He wanted to share the answers with not only his family but the world. After many years of searching he found the group. Yay, Yippee, two thumbs up! But then there was another problem. The group travels to far away places to perform and showcase their talents and the physical therapist needed money to go with them. So he thought and thought and came up with an idea. The idea was to invite his friends and family to help him find the keys to long life by spending time helping this group. The group is the Masters USA Track & Field Team. They race in age groups from 30-100+ years old. The physical therapist is me and I will be volunteering to help treat, stretch, tape and massage for 9 days the  443 runners that are registered for the World Master's Championship Track and Field Competition in Malaga, Spain. I will arrive  September 9 th and will be working hard to learn the secrets of these timeless athletes. I will be researching  their proven methods to wellness and sharing that information with you through publications and seminars.
