Phyllis Knee Surgery

Our beloved dog, Phyllis, is in need of surgery. She has torn CCLs (doggy ACLs) in both knees and a subluxation of her right knee. We sent her over to Juneau for what we thought was a minor issue; a few x-rays later we got a real picture of why she had been limping the past few months.

The surgery she needs in both her knees is very expensive but with it she can get back to being her lively and active self. 

Updated 5/7: the final total from the vet is $7,375. This cost is something we simply can't afford, so that is why we are reaching out for help.  

If you have ever spent time with Phyllis, you know how much love this pup has to give. She has many more years of love and snuggles to give.

If you have anything to contribute it will be beyond appreciated in words I can’t even describe. 

Phyllis is currently in Juneau awaiting surgery that will likely be on Thursday. She will have to stay in Juneau a few days after the operation. Hopefully we can have her home by early next week.
