The first annual PHX Zine Fest is taking place Sunday, October 23, 2016 from 11am to 6pm at the Ice House in downtown Phoenix, free for the public of all ages to attend! We have many of our best AZ zinesters working to bring you PHX Zine Fest and we need your help! In order to make the event a success, we need more funds for the venue, tables and chairs, security, accomodations for our guests, and promotional materials.
A zine event is more than just a trade show or convention for zine creators, it's how our community of writers, artists, and readers (from the local area as well as all over the country, the world!) come together and share their passion and work. We aim to include guest speakers, panels, workshops, food trucks, a pop-up zine library, and more! PHX Zine Fest will take place in a beautiful, historical building in the heart of downtown Phoenix, with amenities, wonderful restaurants, and the Phoenix Arts District in walking distance.
