This campaign is an effort to help me raise funds to upgrade my equipment to continue to bring these things to those I know and care about.  Currently I use a cropped frame sensor camera and want to upgrade to a full frame sensor camera, which is where a lot of the funds for this campaign will be going.  The bigger the sensor the more picture the camera can capture and in greater detail (also the more expensive!).


Resulting in differences like the following:





The following picture shows the vast impact a full frame camera makes on an image's clarity when it is blown up. The cropped sensor (left) becomes blurry as you zoom in since it has a smaller frame. This is problematic if you wanted to print your image or put it on a canvas on your wall. The photo taken with a full sensor (right) shows more pixels in the same area, and therefore more clarity. These details are what I'm so excited to bring to my customers once I get this new equipment. I want people to feel proud to showcase big quality prints anywhere to anyone.


The next big thing that will be purchased from the funds from this campaign is a nice work horse lens that can accomplish a variety of things.  The camera body itself is like the car frame, engine, and wheels, whereas the lens is like the steering wheel, gas, and break pedals. The body is the vehicle, and the lenses do the fine tuning and steering. I'm looking to buy a lens that is capable of doing just that. The pictures that follow showcase what could or could not be captured in a photo based on the lens used.



I've done commercial food and retail photography, and have even had my art and photography published in two different books. I have the potential to go far with my photography because of my attention to detail and my artistic eye, I just need help with funding so I can go farther! Thank you so much for your support!
