Phoenix the lab mix needs surgery!

My name is Ben. My 7 year old labrador mix Phoenix has a cancerous lump on her leg that needs to be removed. It is quite dangerous and needs to be excised as soon as possible. The estimate for the surgery is just shy of $2,400. I recently lost my job and I'm starting another soon, but it will take a while to save enough money to get the surgery, which is quite urgent. Please help my sweet girl. She's been the only constant in my life since I got her. Everything in my life has changed time and again since 2017 except her.
