WHY ARE WE FUNDRAISING?
This fundraiser is curated to help local Arizona creatives with the basic needs such as rent, food, and supplies.
Please take into consideration that the general cost of living in Arizona is roughly $1,500-2,000/month. Every bit counts, whatever you can give is enough and we appreciate you immensely!
THE CAUSE:
After COVID-19 struck in March, all events and gatherings were cancelled for the foreseeable future. Now that it's been nearly five months, creatives are still trying to stay afloat. Since their main source of income has decreased, creatives have had to figure out alternative solutions. Some were even declined the opportunity for unemployment. These people are friends, children, and parents who have all positively impacted the community in so many ways.
Local creatives are what bring the city to life! These are people who have dedicated themselves to their passions. Everything they create has a piece of their heart in it; let's give a piece of ours back.
FUNDING DISBURSEMENT:
We will be splitting the funds equally amongst all artists that filled out the application.
The funding amount will be determined after the 3% transaction fee is removed, in addition to how many creatives applied.
The fundraiser will be open until mid December - we will begin distributing funds shortly after and will update once they are.
