Phoebe Needs A New Place To Live

My sister, Phoebe Schmalfuss needs help getting her RV back down out of the mountains and into town. Winter is coming and there are no jobs up there. She needs to be able to rent a truck that can pull the rv and she needs a safe place to pull the rv to so she can continue to live in it until she can afford to rent an apartment. We are hoping for a location in or near the San Francisco Bay Area or Santa Cruz area on the coast of California where she has lived most of her life.
With all my heart, I wish I could help her accomplish this before winter sets in, but I do not have the means! And I know how hard it can be to pick yourself back up when you don't even have the means to buy groceries and gas.
This is one hard working woman with a huge heart and she just needs some help right now.
Please help my sister move on to a great new future!

Update: 10/31/18 Happy Halloween! Yesterday we took the Jeep in for major repairs. All new brake rotors and pads, the steering had been damaged by a huge rock up in the mountains and was leaking steering fluid, the engine needed a tune-up and had had the wrong spark plugs installed. Artista Auto Care on Freemdom Blvd in Freedom, California did an amazing job. He worked on it for almost 8 hours! The grand total when he was finished was over $1200.00! Needless to say, this is where almost all of the funds so far are going to go.
But although Phoebe is now in Santa Cruz and the rv is in storage up north, she still needs help finding a place to live and help with living expenses while she hunts for a job.

As more details about what exactly we need to do in order to move Phoebe back to safety where she can live and get a good job, I am posting updates to the campaign daily. You can read these updates and see all of the photos I am sharing by clicking on the Updates section. Phoebe is a talented photographer and has been taking photos of Santa Cruz for many years.
One of my wishes for Phoebe, besides her being able to return to and live in the town she was born in, is that she also be able to return to Cabrillo College again. We can do this with your help!
One of the biggest expenses, besides a security deposit and rent on an apartment, is repairs to her Jeep Cherokee. It needs new brake pads, the four wheel drive went out, and it needs a tune-up. Of course, if we are able to find an RV park for her, the amount of money she needs for a deposit and space rental will be much lower.
Bottom line? If we make the goal of $5,000, it will not cover everything that is needed but it will at least get the Jeep repaired, the rv moved to a storage facility, and give Phoebe time to find a new job.
