Phil's wife's medical bill fund

Phil's wife Paula has had a number of serious health issues during the past year that resulted in a number of surgeries with extensive recovery. Their family is going to be dealing with an ever-increasing amount of medical expenses outside of insurance coverage and this fund will hopefully offset a small portion of those expenses.
