Phil's moving fund!

Let me first say that really detest doing this, or asking anyone for anything. However under the circumstances I don't know what else to do.  Here's the deal.

I am on a fixed income and it barely covers my monthly expenses. In addition I have several health complications that are only made worse in the desert environment. I am wanting, trying to save, so that I can move to a more suitable location. A lower elevation and a more suitable climate. I have a few possible locations selected which I won't go into at this time. However if you want/need additional details please feel free to contact me. As such, that takes a certain sum of money to accomplish my goal. If you can provide any assistance or suggestions it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
