Philly, my fur baby, needs surgery

With anxiety and depression, Philly has gotten me through many dark times in my life over the last 11+ years. I would be truly lost without her. Now I need to help her.
Saturday Philly's face swelled up and I rushed her to the emergency vet. They told me she had an allergic reaction and gave her some shots. Sunday by the time I returned home from work she had thrown up all over the house. I rushed her back to the emergency vet. Again, they told me allergic reaction and gave her more shots. Monday she didn't do too well and Tuesday I got her in with her regular vet who found a mass on her spleen and adrenal gland. She had to be hospitalized overnight and had an ultrasound and biopsy done on the mass. The vet just called with the test results and while it didn't show signs of cancer, the spleen needs to be removed and tested, while further testing needs to be done on the adrenal gland. The spleen is at risk of rupturing and it could kill her. I can't do that to my fur baby and best friend. I have spent $2200 on visits this week, the three tests needed for the adrenal gland is about $600, and surgery is $3000- $6000. Any little bit helps. Thank you from Philly and I ❤
