Phillip's Cancer Treatment

Greetings to all. I'm Chaplain Paul Muniz, and I began this campaign to raise funds to offset the costs for the advance medical therapies that my dear friend and ADRA colleague, Phillip G. Polley was receiving.

It is with deep sorrow that I share that my brother in Christ has peacefully passed away. As many know, Phillip had been diagnosed with appendicitis cancer late last year. Soon thereafter, Phillip’s oldest son Joel began administering the specialized cancer treatments his father was receiving.

During his treatments, Phillip’s spirituality never diminished. He remained faithful to his Christian values and would even encourage those that would visit him. Phillip was known for his humility, passion, and joyful smile. He will be missed.

Phillip is survived by his wife Naomi, their 3 children Joel, David, and Candace, and four grandchildren.
