<div>With my heavy heart,

<div>My dad Philip Chen passed away on 4/18 at 5:40AM.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>He was in ICU at Washington Hospital Healthcare System in Fremont, CA since 3/17/24.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>He is not doing well. He has died twice already. Second time he died was on 3/30. The first time I brought him back on life support, second time CPR broke couple of his ribs. It cost $10K per day in ICU solely consist of board and care, room only fees. Excluding all the other procedures, labs, ventilator, tube feed, ER Emergency Room, ambulence, IV and others tools in ICU to keep him alive. Doctor told us on 4/3 that he may only have one or two weeks. It has been an uphill battle everyday for him and my family. I have been driving 2 hours to see him everyday. Right now I write to you sitting in his room in ICU, we are asking for support to help pay for his medical bills and funeral costs. Any amount will be appreciated. No amount is too small. Donations can be sent via PayPal or Zelle.
