Phil and Craig Couch for 5K

These two couch potatoes have decided to get up and support the Irish Wheelchair Association! We've all heard of couch to 5K but Phil and Craig are  challenging themselves to carry a couch for 5K!
Saturday 30th May 11am through Naas Town (from outside Elsmore to Naas Ball)
Due to the outbreak of Covid19, the Irish Wheelchair Association have had to postpone their vital fundraising efforts across Ireland. They greatly need your help to bridge this fundraising gap and ensure that they can support people with disabilities now and into the future. People with disabilities need your donations now more than ever.
