PGPD Explorers Post 222

Thank you for taking the time to click on our page and learn more about us and our cause.

The Prince George's County Police Explorer Post 222 is requesting your support in the form of a monetary donation.

The Law Enforcement Exploring program provides career based training to our youth who are interested in a future in public safety. Our program serves youth between the ages of 11-20, our explorers learn about attention to detail, self-discipline, physical fitness, self confidence, academic excellence and most of all, COMMUNITY SERVICE! In 2017 Post 222 Explorers completed over 13,000 hours of community service. We are requesting support for our upcoming trip to the 2018 National Law Enforcement Explorer Conference. This year the conference will be held at Purdue University located in West Lafayette, Indiana. This conference is held every two years at different locations across the country. In 2012, 2014 and 2016 our explorers won or placed in different competitions. In 2018 Post 222 we are bringing home a trophy!

Your donation to us will help us get to conference. We are a team of 8 explorers and need to raise about 5,000. As a 501c3 you are able to write off your donation. Thank you for the support and please share us with everyone you know!!!
