This summer I will be embarking on two mission trips, one to Kneya and one to Thailand. Of course this will be very expensive but I fully believe God will provide. Read about each mission trip below!
Thailand:
Behind Thailand’s beautiful beaches, the Thai people’s ever-smiling faces, and the lush tropical jungles lies a terrible secret: modern day slavery. As the Thai economy strengthens and the natural beauty draws visitors, tourism of a different sort also flourishes. Human trafficking and sexual tourism continue to grow. I will be staying in Bangkok, home of the oldest and largest Red Light District in Southeast Asia. What begun as two bars visited by servicemen on leave from the Vietnam War, Patpong now encompasses entire city blocks. Over 4000 men, women, and teens work in its multiple-storied buildings. Advertised as a night market, tourists come from all over to purchase souvenirs—and are lured into the bars just steps away. My team will..
Learn and Encourage: I will meet ministries on the frontlines of human trafficking in Bangkok, learn firsthand the reality of trafficking in Thailand, and encourage those who have dedicated their lives to fighting modern day slavery.
Red Light Ministry: I will walk the streets of Bangkok, spend time in the Red Light District, and tour national monuments interceding for this city and this nation. I will have the opportunity to sit in bars and talk with women on their breaks, learning their stories.
Kids Ministry: We will hold VBS for the children of market vendors in the Red Light District. Through coloring, sculpting with play-doh, or playing games, we'll share the love of Christ with a child steps away from the open doors of a bar.

Kenya:
Before I make my big move to Columbia, South Carolina, I will be going on two different mission trips this summer, one of them being a trip to Kenya with Roswell UMC. I will be at Camp Chemi Chemi in Matasia, Kenya. While in Kenya I will have the opportunity to work with Devine Providence Training Center and it’s pastors in a variety of ministries including children’s homes, schools, community day, and medical outreach. I am so beyond blessed to have God’s hand guiding my soul across borders of countries and showing me the world while also bringing glory to his kingdom. While it’s easy for me to pack up my life and ship out it’s harder for some, so If your life doesn’t permit travel I invite you to give to my missions. If not through donations, through continued prayer. I am so beyond blessed to have this opportunity but it won’t be actuality without the gift of donations! I’m going to be selling t-shirt’s and sweatshirts through bonfire.com and also taking donations. Anything helps!
