Not much has changed since Oprah’s T.V. show in Forsyth County Georgia in 1987.
Young Black business man with many accolades, suffers a Wrongful 40 YEAR SENTENCE in…infamous Forsyth County Georgia. Just a month ago a person from Cummings GA said they still live in an all white community and realtors would not show homes to a black person because they know they would be harassed.
Positive young man always said, “We just can’t be good, we must be GREAT”.
In these the United States of America all illegal actions below were imposed against him.
Venue was in Gwinnett County but he was detained and trail took place in Forsyth County.
Defendant was denied a jury of his peers. 8 White Women- 4 White Men.
Defendant was denied access to Discovery (charges against him)
Defendant was denied bond (Judge ruled that he was a flight risk)
Defendant’s Counsel requested assistance and assistance was denied
Defendant compiled and completed a list of witnesses and not one was ever contacted
Defendant’s case was dismissed in 2008 and all charges dropped. In 2015 on an appeal there were new charges. How is that possible?
Defendant with No Criminal Background was denied FIRST TIME OFFENDER DEFENSE OCGA § 42-8-60
Information denied the jurors included:
The jurors in deliberation asked if they could hear the entire cell phone tape that was presented into evidence. The jurors were denied their request hearing only the end, but not the beginning of the tape.
The jurors were denied the history of the Investigator’s background, which included being turned in by his peers and fired by the Sheriffs Department.
The jurors were denied the information that all charges were dropped in 2008.
The jurors were denied the information that receipts totaling twice the investment had been submitted during the first trial in 2008.
Please help us STOP these sue happy investors (one investor has 32 suits) who Partner-Sue-
Acquire and or destroy family owned businesses.
The jurors were denied ever seeing or hearing testimony from the 4th business partner.
