Memorial fund For Ben Case

Hi, my name is Ashley. Some of you may know me, and others may not. I am the mother of Payton Ben's daughter. Ben sadly passed late in the night due to a fatal shooting on his boat at Branched Oak near Raymond on July 19th. The shooting is still under investigation. We all knew Ben as a carefree, fun, and caring soul. He was there for everyone and was always willing to give a helping hand to anyone in need. However, this tragedy happened so fast, and suddenly, Ben had not set anything aside for his final expenses. If you knew Ben, I think he planned to float away years down the road on his trusty ol' boat off into the sunset. Ben leaves behind a ton of friends and family, including his mom LaNorma Case, his brothers Jon, Josh, and Jeremy, and his sister Tonya. But most of all, his daughter Payton.

Payton just graduated and turned 18. She was looking forward to spending extra time with her dad before starting school in the fall, her 21st birthday with her dad They had been talking about it forever, and maybe one day he would walk her down the aisle ( or knowing those two up a boat ramp). They were close, and she was his biggest fan.

So I am asking for help to ease the load for his family and friends, donations of any amount to help give ben the proper party as he leaves us would be appreciated. When we were young, Ben always used to tell me if he were to pass, don't buy a fancy box. Just stick me in the ground to have a party, not a funeral. So any donations will go to all final costs, and anything remaining would go directly to LaNorma and Payton.
