Road to CrossFit Pacific Regional
Donation protected
One year ago, I moved to Manila and set my sights on qualifying to the CrossFit Pacific Regional in 2017. I hired a coach from the states, spent countless hours in the gym, and managed to meet my goal a year early.
This March, after 5 grueling weeks of qualifying workouts, I managed to finish in 8th place in the Asia Region for the CrossFit Open. This solidified a spot at the CrossFit Pacific Regional in Australia - the semi final round on the road to the CrossFit Games. I will be the first ever female individual competitor coming from the Philippines and will be representing my gym, Primal Ape CrossFit.
Qualifying to Regionals is a huge accomplishment for me, and I cannot wait for the opportunity to compete. I will put my heart and soul into the workouts and ask for your support on this journey. I will use the money to help cover the cost of transport from Manila to Australia, the registration fee for the competition, and the cost of a hotel during regionals.
