Petrol money for 2022

Donation protected
I created this page to get donations, so we can make more photos next year!

If you would like to use my photos for non commercial purposes such as; painting, clay, screensaver, canvas or just print one. You're more then welcome to, but we would like to ask you for a donation (different for commercial use)
Leo puts in a lot of petrol to get these photos, he can use your help in exchange for a photo !
For example: we might do over 300 game drives (1,5/2 hours each drive) and only see a leopard once..
Most days we see nothing other than a few antelope. Good days are elephant, zebra, giraffe. Really good days are lions.. and ones or twice a year we are lucky enough to see a leopard or wild dogs. So we put in lots and lots and lots of petrol to get the photos I show to you. I know it doesn't look like that when you visit my Facebook page, but these photos are taking over a period of 9 years.
The photos and information on my page are for everybody to read and enjoy, I'm just asking if you're doing something else with them outside my page to please purchase them.. so we can keep on driving and make more photos ;)

Here is a little info about me and my page
My name is Yvonne, I am 34 years old and I was born and raised in the Netherlands.
In 2012 I went to Africa for a 6 month journey, a little bit of everything: 2 times a month as volunteer, a 2,5 month overland camping tour through Africa and the remaining time was sun and fun (in Cape Town and at the coast in Kenya). The first month I volunteered at an orphanage (for children) and the second volunteer program was one with wildlife, this one was at Tembe Elephant Park. And with that program my life changed forever. In Tembe Elephant Park I met the love of my life: Leonard (or Leo), he is a South African (Afrikaans).
The love of my life was (and still is) working in the park! He is the elephant monitor and research technician.
I went back to the Netherlands after my big journey, packed my bags and moved to South Africa. I have been living inside the game reserve ever since. We are together for over 9 years now! In October 2018 we changed from a couple to a family! Our little bush child Owen was born! Owen is now almost 3 years old and he truly loves living in the bush!
In the 9 years I've been living in Tembe I made thousands and thousands of photos. Not just in Tembe, but also in the other KZN wildlife reserves and SAN parks, all the photos on my page are from South Africa.
With my page I hope to make people more aware of the beauty of nature, conservation and the animals here. Some post are about Owen our bush child, others about conservation, Leo's work, the park, a sighting we had or all about an animal, I try to mix it up!
I hope you enjoy my photos!
