Peter's Amputation Fund

Anyone who knows my dad Peter knows what an amazing man he is. The most dedicated hard working person I havw ever come across. He is the most amazing father, grandfather and husband that one could ever imagine. There has never been a time where he did not go above and beyond to try to help us. He has always prided himself in providing for his family. He has always refused to ask anyone for help himself, he is too proud a man to do that.

My father has battled Type 1 Juvenile Diabeties since he was 16 years old. The last decade has been very tough because he has had to get multiple amputations on his toes. A few years back he had to get the front of his left foot amputated, leaving him with no toes on that foot. Even with all of that he always managed to go right back to work and never ask anyone for anything.

Unfortunately he had issues with the circulation in his right foot and has been fighting surgery after surgery for 2 years. Last week my amazing and strong father made the decision to get his right foot amputated from the calf down. I know it is not what he wanted to do, but it was the right decision. With all this being said, this amazing man wants nothimg more than to go back to work. It is not in his blood to not work, he does not know how to do that. But has to stay home and heal.

Unfortunately his bills don't stop coming in because he has to heal and he has many expenses now for hospital bills, his wheelchair and his prosthetic for example. We are so thankful for anyone that can help us at this time.
