This is about my Uncle Petey, Or Pete to his friends and family. Cancer has hit our family as it has with so many other families. The devastation is massive. This is Petes story.
In January of 2017 Pete wasn't feeling well he was diagnosed with Pneumonia and Bronchitis over and over again. Finally in April 2017 the correct diagnoses was found, Cancer. It was stage 4, lung and liver cancer.
When you hear this as his best friend Mike and his wife of 36 years and his son's Michael and Thomas hear of this and then to his close family we are stunned, unable to breathe, gather any thought of hope, but we do we must. We have hope and faith.
And I will tell you why because if anyone knows Pete they know the good humor of this man his will to give you the shirt of his back, dress up like Santa Clause, fix a lawn mower like no one business. He is a devoted husband, friend, uncle, brother, cousin and grandfather to 4 amazing grandchildren.
Pete is 57 years young......he wants to see his grandchildren get older, he wants to be able to walk with wife out side and help his boys with their projects. Pete needs all our help, his medical and travel expenses are a need as he must see his Doctors and have his medical treatments. I ask you from my heart to help in any way you can.
No gift is too small. If your a friend or relative by god...go visit him, he loves visitors or send him a card and that your thinking of him. This is such a very, very tough time right now for Pete and his family. Love and support is what I am asking for...and please please Pray.
