Dear friends and colleagues,
It is with a heavy heart that I am writing this gofundme story for our dear friend Petar Popov who has recently been diagnosed with cancer that is spreading throughout his body. For Respect to Pete and his family, I do not feel comfortable sharing the specifics of his illness. Known by many as Pete from Alamo Truck Repair shop. Pete had worked at Alamo Truck Repair as the front desk clerk for 5 years. He was full of life, selfless, always smiling and eager to help anyone in need. Last year, Pete decided to move to Macedonia with his wife and their daughter to live a more simpler life. At only 39 years old, Pete is left fighting for his life.
Pete was suffering for months from severe headaches and doctors in his hometown could not figure out what was the cause until recently.
Our goal is to raise enough money for Pete to go Turkey for surgery and treatments because there is no hope for medical treatments of this kind in his hometown.
