Pescky Kitchen began as a pop up in January 2020 and has escalated into much more. At the beginning we said that we wanted a brick and mortar and then COVID happened. Now we want one even more. We are a vegan company looking to open a location in Denver, CO. We want to fill a void within the vegan community. We specialize in vegan fried chicken, sauces, and the southern cuisine. Funds will be used for securing a location and proper equipment. We would be providing a full scale menu and full bar options.
We take pride in our authenticity and love for all communities. Each item we produce, we take our time creating the recipe and perfecting it to our Pescky standards.
We continue to grow and expand with our retail items. We have recently expanded to Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Huntington, and Philadelphia. With these expansions, we desperately need our own location. It has become quite difficult and overwhelming with just two of us. We would use these funds to not only secure a location, but be able to hire a professional staff.
