Hi, my name is Johnny. I am 20 years old and a San Diego Native. A few years ago, I began

my journey into personal development. One of my biggest learnings was acknowledging the

walls I had created to shield my vulnerability. I had this belief that showing emotions made

me weak. When obstacles arose I was taught to tough it out. Year after year, like many teens I began to supress my emotions. Over time I became desensitized and by the age of 15 I had

thoughts of hurting myself and felt like I had no purpose. At one point I had thoughts of

ending my life. Then one summer in 2019 my cousins invited me to a Teen Leadership

workshop in Las Vegas. I found that I was not alone and was surrounded by other teens battling similar thoughts of suicide and pain. I began to confront my current belief system

and accept my vulnerability as one of my biggest strengths.

Over the last couple of years I have applied the learnings from this program and have built

strong lasting relationships. Now that I am 20 years old, I'd like to continue this journey into

tranformational work. I have decided to enroll into a 100 day leadership and personal
