Having a Bedbug Nightmare! Please Help!

November of 2018, while living in the same apartment building as my mentally and physically disabled mother, I suddenly got bed bugs. The management contracted a private exterminator to try and take care of the problem, but it proved completely ineffective. Many people in our building, I found, have them, and some have them chronically. I had them continually infest my clothing, no matter how often I washed them, and my bed of course, so that I began to suffer nervous exhaustion. My work as a telephone rep for an entertainment company began to suffer, and it is all we have, my mother and I. to help get us from month to month. I walked around with bugs crawling in my clothes, and still have the infestation. 

I had to go to the hospital for nervous exhaustion. I have thrown away nearly all of my possessions. moved myself and my disabled mother during the worst winter, and we have spent nearly four thousand dollars against my mother's inheritance on moving to two new apartments. But, the infestation has followed us. I still have no place to sleep, and now my mother's apartment (she moved with me to the same apartment complex) seems to be infested, too. If I cannot sleep, I cannot work, and will lose the only job I have. We are four grand in the hole, and we may need to spend more to try to finally end this nightmare. I am asking for anyone that can help, in any way, to please help. This is an emergency situation as I see it, and a nightmare that, seemingly, has no end. 

All funds will go to if we, possibly, have to either buy my mother a new bed, move, beg the management here to use the heat treatment (all that is really effective) or help us survive if I lose my jobs through sheer exhaustion.
