Permanent Memorial for Giggles

Raising money for a true gentleman who sadly passed away this Saturday 30 September. As a community and a friendship group we would like to raise money for a permanent memorial for the Legend of Giggles as he will never be forgotten. It would allow all of his family and friends to go somewhere to remember him and feel close to him. All donations are appreciated as every little helps. Lets all give this legend what he rightfully deserves!
