Drought relief for my African bro

Hello ! I started this campaign to raise funds for my brother. His name is Harald, he is the one you see on the profile picture. For the last 4 years he has been setting up a Permaculture demonstration site in South Africa. He makes use of international volunteers from places like America, Europe, South America and  Australia to name a few. They have helped in the planting of food forests, many different trees on the land, many organic vegetable patches and they have made lots of compost(the driving force of the garden) and many many other projects. When these volunteers leave Africa they return to their home countries and spread the knowledge they have gained.

They are experiencing the worst drought the area has ever been faced with. He wants to install more dams/ponds, water harvesting rain water tanks, and excavate more swales(water harvesting ditch on contour) He has already installed many of these features on the property(family land) however they are expanding and his funding is running out.  They will also use the funds to expand the nursery so they can plant more Food Forests and grow more saplings to transplant to create future forests! By them planting more trees it will make the air you and I breathe cleaner and safer. After you donate, take a deep breath and know a tree will be planted soon after:-)

Your funds will go a long way in implementing these projects as soon as possible so they can become more sustainable and resilient in these uncertain times. Our planet is in trouble and if we can inspire more people to get involved in earth repair then this will benefit all of us on the planet, either directly or indirectly.
If in your heart you want to make a difference but can't physically implement them yourself at this time of your life, by opening your wallet and donating you can be sure that my family and their team of willing and ever changing volunteers will do everything they can to translate your donations to making positive change. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and to donate whatever you can :-)
