Perkins Love

Hello everyone-

My name is Allison and I’m one of many people who love this family. This past Sunday, Darcie was involved in a terrible car accident that involved two of her three children. Luckily, one walked away and the youngest suffered minor injuries. Darcie, however has broken both ankles and is stuck in the hospital after having surgery and awaiting another tomorrow 5/26/22 alone because of Covid where there are no visitors allowed.

If you know Darcie, she is the first one to offer a hand, help a friend, give a smile and start your morning off with quotes to live by. She’s an amazing Mom, wife, daughter, co-worker and friend! She recently started a new job in January with minimal time off and only getting disability pay which will not pay all the bills. Ryan, her husband is now taking care of 3 children and having to work along with helping his wife through from afar after surgery until rehab and eventually coming home. This family needs our help! They will endure many tough months ahead where Darcie will be non-weight bearing and need help with transportation, making dinners, paying bills and being unable to work as she works with kids for a living. If you could find it in your heart to give to this family in any denomination, it would mean so much. She does not like hand outs but I’m doing this because she is stubborn and will never ask.
