<div><strong>Caroline Moore FBHS</strong> sadly lost her long battle with cancer on 8th March 2025.  The entire equestrian community have been sharing memories of the positive influence that she had on their lives and careers thanks to her knowledge, energy and enthusiasm, and also her utter determination.

<div><strong>Performance Mentoring Programme (PMP)</strong>

<div>Caroline Moore set up the PMP in early 2023 and has already helped support a number of Athletes and Coaches to develop and excel.
</div>

<div>The objectives of the Performance Mentoring Programme are:
</div>
<div>* To advance the training of the young professional event rider to excel in the sport of eventing.
</div>
<div>* To develop event riders for future senior squads to represent Great Britain in the sport of eventing
</div>
<div>* To offer business support for sustainability in the industry.
</div>
<div>* To create a community of riders who can support each other in the sport.
</div>
<div>* To develop world-class performance coaches with the technical and tactical knowledge and skills to coach performance riders and National squads.

<div><strong>How does it work?</strong>
</div>
<div>A limited number of riders and coaches will be on the Programme at any one time.
</div>
<div>The Programme is overseen by Caroline Moore, Ros Canter, Nick Turner and Sue Ringrose. All Mentors are BE Master Coaches and/or have experience as a senior international squad coach.
</div>
<div>For those wishing to be considered, an expression of interest can be made via the relevant application forms.
</div>
<div>However, anyone can sign up to take advantage of the training available on the website and regular webinars by joining the Training Club.
